Successful school owners are MASTERS at not just setting goals, but achieving goals.  The problem for most people is they have "some" idea of what they want to do, but never really define what that looks like, the steps required to bring that to pass, and an implementation strategy to make it happen.  In this training session, we'll talk through what effective goal setting looks like, and what's required AFTER you set your goals to actually reach and achieve them.  This is great information not only for you, but for your staff and students.
