Most martial arts school owners are Black Belt Masters at their chosen Art or Style.  But when it comes to effective sales and marketing, creating a compelling message that attracts the types of students you prefer to work with, most school owners will admit they are White Belts in this area.  In this four-part training series, you're going to learn the "Selling Secrets" of the Top 5% of sales professionals in ALL industries (including martial arts) and how to apply these to your business.

Part One:  What Business are you Really In?

In this first session, you'll learn what type of business you're really in as we start to unpack why you're invisible to your target audience and what you can do about that.  You'll also be challenged to create a "Power Positioning Statement" that effectively answers the question, "Why should I choose you?"

Part Two:  A Different Way to Market

In the second session, we'll build upon what you learned in Session One.  We will we start to unveil a different way to market yourself than perhaps you've considered in the past. We're going to dive deeper into the concept of selling, how it differs from branding, and why you need both in your business.  You'll learn how to enter the conversation your prospective students are having with themselves and create a compelling message to attract them into your martial arts studio.

Part Three:  Transitioning to the Top 5%

In session three, we'll build upon what you learned in Session One and Two.  You're going to learn what the Top 5% of sales professionals do that help them sell more than the bottom 95% - and what YOU need to do as a martial arts school owner to move into that Top 5% status.  We want you to become known as "THE" martial arts program that people think of when someone mentions martial arts in your community, making you the "Attractional School" that draws new students in the door.

Part Four:  Putting it All Together

In this final session, we're going to take what you've learned in the prior sessions and start to "put it all together", helping you create a marketing plan that gets you noticed, helps you stand out in the crowd, and become "THE" attractional martial arts school in your community.  We'll also touch on some of the different marketing mediums, why you may want to consider using them, as well as the pros and cons of each.
